Kitchen cabinets had hardware that was not installed straight. Damage to carpeting from the sliding closet doors rubbing on it. Kitchen floor damaged when stove was installed. Furnace is so loud when running we can't hear television in living room. Carpeting is so cheap we'll need to replace it within a year. Shower heads are so high they cannot be reached to adjust them.
It was set on foundation in December 2019. It took the sub contractors 5 different times to get everything done to my satisfaction but it's still not right. Sharon Tamburo works at the champion location in Leesville, La.

The first crew worked for a week to fix cracks. Still sitting here two weeks later paying on four storage units and a pod and was just told it will be four weeks before they are out to work on the other issues. Things were done NOT to specifications.

I am terribly upset with the service and quality of the home we received. It started that we should have had our home in 6 months. It ended up being 1 year before we received our home.
Wall outlets and light switches installed crooked screws missing the wood not attached to wall or cabinet. This is a 2021 model built during covid 19 lockdown. Fell down and i have shingles hanging in the gap. One side of my house has molding around the doors and ceilings the other half don't. I would not give this house to someone and I will never own a Champion home again.

We are building our First home with Champion homes "CH". CH inclusions and construction is affordable and economical. Because it was our first home we had minimal knowledge about the construction process but CH had explained in detail what we are going to buy as a package. The lady was very thorough and explained everything in detail regarding inclusions and exclusions. With what I have seen so far of my home the build quality has been fantastic.
Only problem with entire job was one torn screen on bedroom window. They also did a very good job of clean up after completion. All windows and leftover material was loaded in van and removed when leaving.

It feels surprisingly big and airy for such a tiny living space. The space-management and ergonomic design of this home are truly off the charts. A mostly white interior with dashes of soft pastel colors cements it as a fantastic example of modern minimalist design. Champion Homes is indeed appropriately named.
Home still under 10 year construction warranty. 2017 home had exterior door hung, but interior casing not corrected. Water damage and unable to use master bed/bath.
But on the sunroom, it took them a few weeks. The thing is, once they got the pads poured out there and got the sidewalk done, everything else just went up. So they were very efficient and you wouldn't know they were here. With a lot of installation companies, you have drywall here, you have mortar here, and you have this and that. They would always clean up and would always take care of their things.
